Booking Fees, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Every single client of The Blissful Brow Co. is valued and appreciated, and we understand that life happens however; due to the nature of our business and the treatments offered, we must enforce the following terms which you agree to when booking an appointment at The Blissful Brow Co.
Permanent Makeup
1. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment time.
2. Should you miss or cancel your first appointment you will forfeit your booking fee (£75) and will be required to pay it again to rebook.
3. Should you miss or cancel your Perfecting Session you will be required to pay £50 to rebook (this must still be within 10 weeks from your first appointment).
4. Should you need to reschedule your first appointment or Perfecting Session please let us know as soon as possible. You may reschedule once without penalty provided you give us 48 hours’ notice. Should you give less than 48 hours notice to reschedule, or need to reschedule for a second time, you will be required to pay £30 to rebook.
All other treatments
